Suspect Arrested and Charged in Bocanegra Murder Case

Francisco Javier Flores has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the kidnapping and death of 22 year-old Reyes Bocanegra back in mid-July. He was the first to be arrested and just hours later, U.S. Marshal's picked up Abraham Parra in Laredo, Texas. Investigators say Flores and his accomplices stormed into a restaurant and took Bocanegra from the location and in less than an hour later authorities found the victim shot to death in his SUV near Rancho Viejo.
