A second arrest is made in connection with the murder case of a 28 year old gundown in Brownsville, Jesse James Rodriguez was arrested at his residence on Tapachula Street, investigators were watching his home, and a tactical team was going to be movilized, since Rodriguez was considered armed and dangerous, due to the nature of the murder, but Rodriguez noticed something was wrong.
"He noticed surveillance vehicles in the area, and began to flee out of his residence, but was immediately captured at the neighbors residence." says Jimmy Manrrique, Public Information Officer for the Brownsville Police Department.
Rodriguez appeared before a judge Saturday morning, where he was charged with murder and set a one million dollar bond.
