EDCOUCH — Edgar Ramos was arraigned on Tuesday by a judge in his involvement in a high speed chase with police on Monday. Ramos led police on a high speed chase after he failed to pull over on a traffic violation near highway 107 and FM 1015. When officers finally caught Ramos they found eight undocumented immigrants in the vehicle he was driving in.
