BROWNSVILLE — Brownsville's Public Utilities Board regulators will be conducting an odor study at their nine lift stations throughout the city and the study will take about three weeks. BPUB Public Relations Representative Ernesto Garrido stated about the study, "Customers will not see any impact in their utility services or any health concerns or anything like that. We just want to make sure that everyone is aware of the study happening. The benefits of the study is that engineers will be able to bid for the proper chemicals for any kind of odor concerns."
