WESLACO — A 29 year-old man has been charged with capital murder following a home invasion. Juan Moreno and Alberto Vela are alleged to be involved in a home invasion on Rambo Drive in rural Hidaglo county.
Once both suspects were inside the house two victims, father and son, were shot with the father passing away and the son being sent to the hospital. Investigators are trying to determine which one of the two suspects was the gunman and Sheriff Trevino says several more people may have taken part in the crime.
