RIO GRANDE VALLEY - The signs of illegals making their way into the U.S. is apparent along the border. The signs of struggle go all the way to Brooks County.
And it's on this leg of the journey, many illegals face the true possibility of life and death. And to help those in severe need, the U.S. Border Patrol uses windmills and safety beacons to located those in need.
