Police say gunman is in custody following morning shooting.
At least five students were wounded when a gunman opened fire inside an Ohio high school Monday morning.
Police say the suspect, also believed to be a student at the school, was apprehended running away from the scene.
Witnesses say the shooting took place in the cafeteria before the start of classes at Chardon High School, roughly 30 miles outside of Cleveland.
The condition of the five students wounded in the shooting has not been released.
Three were airlifted to a hospital in Cleveland.
