HARLILNGEN — Earlier this week Harlingen police arrested 40 year-old Roberto Carlos Cardenas for allegedly sexually assaulting a child.
According to reports, there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest on a first degree felony charge and his bond was set at $750,000 dollars.
