Do you text while you drive? Well Uncle Sam wants to weigh in on the issue on Wednesday.
The Senate introduced legislation that's designed to make texting while driving illegal. The measure would cut off highway funds to states that allow the practice to continue. Studies indicate that texting while driving or "TWD" is more dangerous than talking on a phone while driving, or driving while drunk.
Fourteen states have already banned TWD.
