BROWNSVILLE - Charges of online harassment and phone harassment, against a police dispatcher, have been dropped by the District Attorney.
Laura De Leon was arrested last month after a woman accused her of posting pictures on Facebook without her consent. The report revealed that text messages between De Leon's husband and the victim were also posted, but the District Attorney's office has since dropped the charges after the victim refused to continue with the complaint. De Leon has since resigned from her position at the police department.
