VALLEY - Valley gas prices are right on par with the state average as regular unleaded gas averaging at $3.10 per gallon.
The price of unleaded gas in Texarkana is at $3.13 per gallon with El Paso's average gas price at $2.97 per gallon. The average statewide price is $3.09 per gallon which is sixteen cents lower than the national average.
