The 35 year-old former computer teaching assistant at Clinton Elementary was arrested back in February and charged with 13 counts of molestation. At Thursday court proceedings, two of those charges were dropped and on Friday he was acquitted on the remaining 11 charges.
His defense attnorney said their was a lot of strong allegations against Gutierrez, but believes their was not enough evidence to merit the charges. Gutierrez rushed out of the courtroom and did not want to go on camera, but his attorney says he was emotional and happy to be back with his family.
