WESLACO - Two suspects are in police custody after being accused of stealing a woman's purse in the parking lot of a Weslaco supermarket.
Police report that 19 year-old Richard Rios and 17 year-old Brandon Davila snatched a woman's purse in a H.E.B. parking lot on Monday evening. The suspects led officers on a foot chase but were soon caught and both have been charged with robbery and evading arrest on foot.
