McDonald's finds way around San Francisco ban on toy giveaways with kid meals.
San Francisco's ban on Happy Meals and other fast food combos that entice children with toys may have little effect on fast food sales.
McDonald's has already found a loophole in the ban.
Local franchises are now selling the Happy Meal toys as a ten-cent add on instead of including them in the meal's price.
The extra dime will go to Ronald McDonald House charities.
