Shoppers Look for Best Deals at Bass Pro Shop

HARLINGEN - Black Friday marks the beginning of the season where shoppers scurry in for the best deals.

With an estimated one in four Americans out looking for the best bargains, Bass Pro shops in Harlingen made sure to have extra employees on hand.

Homer Saenz, General Manager of Bass Pro Shops says the store opened their doors at 6 A-M But they were there a little earlier to prepare for one of the busiest times of the year.

Folks here say one of the top selling items are the jeans, where the price range is normally 29 to 39 dollars. Today, they are less then 10 dollars.

Black Friday brought many different customers to Bass Pro shops, each with a specific purchase in mind, but no matter what the buy, people say this was a great kickoff to their shopping season.
