As Thanksgiving nears, people across the Valley start to get more and more into the giving spirit and for one Valley resident that spirit has become contagious.
Eight years ago, Darryn Caraveo gave one turkey away to a needy family and this year his friends and family are now giving away 200 turkey dinners. It's a movement they call, Straight Across, giving from one person to another. Caraveo gives the meals to families in San Manuel and they start cooking a day before and server at noon on Thanksgiving Day.
