SOUTH PADRE ISLAND - An arrest warrant has been issued by the Cameron County Sheriff's Department following two dud grenades found on South Padre Island.
The bomb squad was called out to a beach access on South Padre Island after a grenade was found on the door of an RV parked on the beach. The bomb squad determined that the grenade was a dud but also found a second dud grenade inside the RV vehicle. Sheriff Lucio stated that a warrant was issued for James Baxter who is facing a terroristic threat and hoax charges.
