Nearly 20 pounds of cocaine was seized by Custom and Border Protection agents after they searched a vehicle.
A 54 year-old man from Joliet, Illinois had approached the Gateway International port of entry in a 1999 blue Jeep Cherokee and sent to a secondary inspection station. Custom agents searched the vehicle and found 13 hidden packages of cocaine with an estimated street value of more than $600,000 dollars.
