There are more details in the deadly helicopter crash that killed three EMS workers last February.
The National Transportation Safety Board released their seven page report that details all the conditions surrounding the crash. Investigators found that pilot Robert Goss had little experience on the make and model of the chopper that he flew. The report goes on to blame dark night conditions in the crash and say Goss had no experience with night vision goggles.
