A San Benito man will spend 8 years behind bars for a 2007 kidnapping case.
Jurors determined Juan Galvan is guilty of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault for a complaint made by a 14 year-old girl in April of 2007. Jurors took just an hour to come back with the guilty verdict and the judge sentenced Galvan to 8 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
