A handful of homes around the Brownsville area are getting a facelift thanks to local organizations.
On Tuesday, the Brownsville P.D. joined with other organizations to clean and power wash several homes to be painted on Wednesday. The police department said they're cleaning the exterior of the homes where elderly people live but are unable to fix or repair the homes themselves.
