HIDALGO CO- A record high is set of the number of criminal immigrants getting deported last year
Immigration data obtained by the Associated Press shows that huge increases in deportations under the Obama administration, of people who broke traffic or immigration laws or drove drunk.
The U.S. deported nearly 393-thousand people last year and half of those were considered criminals. Most of the immigrants deported last year had committed drug-related crimes.
