After cruising along through the first six months of the year, air fares are beginning to climb.
Industry experts say if you're planning a summer vacation buy your tickets now because fare are set to go up in price. They say an increase in demand, higher oil prices and cutbacks in airline capacity all add up to one thing, more dollars from your wallet.
The CEO of www.farecompare.com  says some fares are $50 to $100 dollars higher than just a few days ago.
