Goat adopts orphaned fawn.
A Texas goat herd has adopted a new member, but it doesn't bleet, it bounds.
The strange union came about when neighbors found a dying doe.
The deer had been shot, and was giving birth.
"These people had milk goats so they brought it out here to be raised by one of them," explains neighbor Carol Givan.
Carol says it didn't take long for the fawn to take to the goat milk.
Carol says her daughter called the game warden to come check on the fawn.
The warden will either allow the fawn to stay with the herd or move it to a nearby animal sanctuary.
