MONTERREY, MX- The Mexican Army have rescued 20 people who were held for ransom in Monterrey over the weekend. A federal official said the hostages were held in a makeshift hut.
The army stumbled upon the hut after soldiers spotted a man carrying a grenade nearby. The victims were apparently found gagged with their hands and feet tied.
The official said that one man was detained in the early morning rescue.
