Hidalgo County Health Department held their Have A Heart conference on Thursday in Edinburg for hear attack recognition training for community leaders and adult day care providers.
Speakers covered topics including heart attack, blood pressure and stress management. Hidalgo County Judge Ramon Garcia believes these issues are extremely important because one out of every three Americans suffers from heart disease.
