SAN JUAN- Two brothers who are gang members are under arrest after shooting a man in San Juan. According to police Jose Isai Ramos and Victor Osiel Ramos are accused of a shooting that took place at the 4800 block of Hibiscus Drive Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the brothers who happened to be members of the Po-Boy gang started an argument with a 19 year old man who happens to be part of the same gang over personal issues. Police say the argument escalated and Jose Ramos shot the victim, then left the scene with his brother.
The victim was found with three gunshots wounds at a McDonalds' off Alamo Road and Expressway 83. Police say more arrests are expected to come regarding this shooting
"We do expect more arrests because of throughout our investigation there were people that were hindering and harboring him and keeping away from us," said Sergeant Rudy Luna of San Juan Police.
The brothers face attempted murder charges while Jose Ramos faces an additional charges that include--aggravated assault with a deadly weapon along with tampering evidence and theft.
