The nude body of a man was found at a construction site in Hidalgo this morning. A business owner discovered the body in the back of a building on the 2200 block of South Jackson Rd.
Police say the man was completely nude and appears to be between thirty to forty years old.
He is said to have brown hair and a beard. Police say the body had no identification and they will have to rely on autopsy reports to determine the cause of death.
"We weren't able to find any tattoos on him or any identification on him whatsoever. So we're going to wait until the autopsy where we can run some finger prints through our computer data base and see if we can identify him that way," said Hidalgo Police Captain Robert Vela.
Police are investigating the incident. If you have any information you are urged to call Hidalgo Crimestoppers at
(956) 843- TIPS.
