Two men accused of pointing a gun at a Border Patrol agent have been arraigned in McAllen.
Luis Valladas and Enrique Yanez Jr. appeared before a judge and were charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police say the duo flashed the weapon and then discharged it a few blocks away near the intersection of 23rd and Mobile street in McAllen on Wednesday. The two were also charged with possession of marijuana.
