A teenager faced some very adult charges on Thursday after police found several bundles of marijuana in a Edinburg home.
A tip led Hidalgo county deputies to the home of 18 year-old Gerardo Cruz and once police searched the home they found more than 300 pounds of marijuana hidden in the home and a vehicle. Cruz was charged with felony possession of marijuana with an intent to distribute. Police say they won't press charges on Cruz's mother who owns the property.
