A Dallas, Texas yoga instructor says she can help you out.
Jessi Kennedy is the owner of Yoga With Jessi, a yoga class just for kids.
Children as young as 5 years old are learning the art of meditation, while building self esteem and strength.
However, those aren't the only benefits according to Kennedy. She claims the class is even helping some students with health problems.
Kennedy’s first student, 9-year-old Meg Lemler was born with club feet.
After four years of yoga, Lemler told us her feet don't bother her anymore.
Kennedy said she's shocked by how quickly kids pick up on the exercise.
"It seems to come so natural to them and they respond to true yoga so much easier and quicker than the adults do," said Kennedy.
Kennedy’s courses are an hour long, and they have a four child max.
Kennedy said that’s the only way she can be sure all the kids get the personal attention they need.
