Tense moments in Los Fresnos on Thursday as a Hazmat crew responded to the Wells Fargo Bank after reports that a bag was found with a white powdery substance.
It happened around noon as the Brownsville Fire Department's Hazmat team examined the substance in the bag that was found in the night drop box of the bank. Authorities determined the substance was sodium Bi Solfate which is an antidote for ring worm. Officials say the state of the substance did not present any danger.
