In Mexico, at least 17 suspects are under arrest in connection with the mass killings in San Fernando.
One of those suspects include a local boss named Martin "El Kilo" Estrada and the military reports that Estrada was behind the killings of people found in a mass grave in the City of San Fernando. He is suspected to behind also in the deaths of 72 immigrants found at a Tamaulipas ranch in August of 2010. Since last week, 150 victims have been found in those mass graves and authorities believe hit men from the Zetas cartel hauled off the victims from buses and murdered them. Some of the victims are still being identified in what is considered the worst mass killings in Mexico's drug war.
