Ramiro Duran was arrested wednesday night on stolen credit card charges.
A woman reported her card missing back in March. Surveillance video caught Duran using the woman's credit card at H-E-B and several Stripes Stores.
His bond was posted at $10,000. He remains at the Hidalgo County Detention Center.
