A suspected drunk driver, who lose control of his vehicle and slammed into a home killing a person, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Police say 21 year-old Benito Reyes crashed into the home on North Seventh Court early Sunday morning and killing 19 year-old William Morquecho who was inside asleep in his bed. A family member also was in the room but did not have any life threatening injuries.
