OAXACA, MEXICO- One Zeta cartel leader has been arrested in Southern Mexico. According to the Mexican Government, Marcos Carmona Hernandez, 29, also known as "El Cabrito" was taken into custody through police investigations.
The Mexican Federal Police said that he was the chief leader in the state of Oaxaca,Mexico and reported directly to the top leader of the Zetas.
Officials said after his arrest he confessed that he ordered and participated in the kidnapping of several people, as well as the murder of several of them in the state of Oaxaca, who hanged, beheaded to whoever refused to pay dues. Various weapons were also seized during his arrest.
