Customers are not the only ones complaining about those rolling blackouts around the state that left many without lights or heat in the cold weather this month.
On Monday, the organization, that cut off the power, faced the power providers and it appears they all think the situation could have been handled a lot better. Even the agenda for the meeting showed that, it was titled "Lessons Learned."
ERCOT is the group which manages much of the power grid in Texas and cut-off some 80,000 customers for a while during the first week of February. Legislative hearings on the blackouts are scheduled for Tuesday in Austin.
