It's to late for one not so lucky lottery winner who purchased a lotto ticket valued over $4 million dollars expired on Monday.
The Texas Lottery Commission officials say no one claimed the big prize ticket since August and had urged players to re-check their tickets for several months. The ticket was sold at a bus station in McAllen and have stated that the $4 million dollars will be added to other jackpots throughout the state.
