A former B.I.S.D. employee found guilty of sexual assault will spend twenty years behind bars.
Last month jurors found Ricardo Vargas guilty of indecency with a child, aggravated sexual assault and criminal solicitation of a minor after a three day trial. Vargas worked as a sign language interpreter at several B.I.S.D. elementary schools when a 14 year-old boy made the outcry.
