Two Brownsville teens, 19 year-old Jesus Pena and 17 year-old Gerardo Alfaro, were arrested after stealing a tub of beer.
They were seen leaving an apartment on the 600 block of East First street carrying the tub of beer and they claimed they were sent by a man to retrieve the beer. The two were given a $10,000 dollar bond each.
