Brownsville police charged a teen who crashed into a car killing a 41 year-old man on Tuesday and he has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Police say 17 year-old Miguel Ramirez drove the wrong way on 13th street between Levee and St. Charles in downtown Brownsville. He rammed into 41 year-old Conrado Ramirez's car which killed him as emergency crews took him to the hospital. The teens bond has been set at $100,000 dollars.
