The School Board and their attorney better have done their homework. Wrongful terminations suits cost the district so much money. The money will come from non other than the tax payers. I would sue the School District and go after the persons individually. When it affects their pockets they will begin to understand. Put liens on their homes it can be done. I hope Dr. Smetter has a good attorney. Wow, I will keep tuned in to see how it turns out.
