Lawyers step it up....this is a clear case of police brutality. I took a college course with a local federal judge---and his complaint was that cops always made mistakes. The burden of proof is on the police that they do have a clear case to have murdered this child. No doubt that the child chose to take a pellet gun, but it was not worth his life. Corrupt police. do they have a video to validate their story of child pointing the gun?It will be interesting. Prof. said cops screw up & cover.
