It is NOTHING but a TENS device...there isn't a single randomized, blinded, and appropriately controlled study to support ANY claim that the calmare produces anything more than a placebo effect...
...the ONLY thing it can do is generate a voltage beneath the electrodes which, if strong enough, can cause a muscle twitch and/or a burning sensation...ANY other claim as regards "scrambled signals" being sent via "artificial neurons" is just physically impossible pseudoscientific nonsense...
