I unfortunately know these boys and, even after spending a few nights in county, have not changed. They go over to Juan Pablo Rodriguez's house to 'smoke out' and drink. I have informed the police about the underage drinking and illegal drug use but when the police arrived to the house, they let the teens slide. The parents know what is going on and yet allow this behavior continue. These boys are not suppose to have contact with each other and yet they all continue to interact with each other.
