It is sad Bill Jorn allowed for this con-artist to speak and lie to the people. he knows this same con man threatened him if he would not run an ad which was defamatory,
FACT - the sheriff not the contractor raises the price by 35% so that the money can be used for prison services - this actually means taxpayers do not have to pay for those prison services
