NORTH EDINBURG - It's a different scene at Harwell Middle School this morning, as parents drop off students. Many of them a little scared and nervous to drive away, after hearing about the two students that were shot at basketball practice after school yesterday.

The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Department is still investigating, but luckily we do know the two boys are in stable condition.

The morning announcements ring out across the campus, as the school day begins. "Please remain standing as we now observe a moment of silence and as we continue having our thoughts and prayers on the two students that are in the hospital at this time."

These announcements remind students about yesterdays events, and they add in at the end that students are not in any danger being at the school. But outside, those words fall short, as yellow tape surrounds the basketball court and search dogs scour nearby woods to find evidence that could lead to answers.
