Cameron county sheriff deputies are investigating the murder of a woman stabbed at a Brownsville park.

The woman's body was discovered by city employees at Benavides Park off of California road during a routine maintenance in the park. Investigators believe she was killed on Tuesday and do have one suspect in the case.
