Woman charged with aggravated kidnapping, two other suspects wanted by police
MCALLEN, TX (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — McAllen police have arrested a female accused of kidnapping another woman and are now searching for two other suspects in connection to the crime.
On Saturday, October 12th at around 5 a.m. police responded to a call of an assault in the 1300 block of South 9th.
Officers arrived at the location where a woman stated she was taken by force to another location in Edinburg, but the victim was able to escape her captors and give a description of the suspects.
Detectives were able to identify the female suspect as Daniella Marie Hinojosa who was arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping. Authorities are now searching for two other suspects identified as Francisco Javier Muniz, also known as Francisco Javier Torres and “la Escalera”, and Isaac Torres, also known as “el Maranito” in connection to the crime.
