A patient in the Rio Grande Valley was only minutes away from becoming a victim of Medicare fraud, health officials say Medicare fraud is occurring more frequently and in the Valley, this type of fraud has skyrocketed. NewCenter 23 reporter Michelle Macias sat down with the patient, who explains, how she able to get away from what could've been a nightmare.
